Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models and score each interaction, then compare AI-generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt more closely.

Work remotely on your schedule with flexible hours and weekly pay. You’ll describe in writing what looked or sounded off, helping advance AI systems to reason and perform better in real-world tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then rank how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write a specific English explanation that points to what you saw or heard.
