Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely with flexible hours. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looks or sounds off, rating outputs across adherence and quality.

The role supports freelance, 1099 engagement and payment on a weekly cadence. Ideal candidates have fluent English, strong written communication, and sharp attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication and comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Sharp attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding aBachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and explain realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a clear English explanation.
