Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, compare generated images and videos, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and improve by providing evaluation feedback used to enhance real-world AI performance. This is a 1099 contract opportunity with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic situations in natural language.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
