Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and write explanations in writing about what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home with flexible hours and earnings up to $15 per hour, plus incentives. You’ll gain access to leading LLMs and contribute to shaping how AI systems reason and improve.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; patient to replay/zoom in.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism; writing explanations in English.
