Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will play out live conversations with an AI voice model, compare media pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

In this flexible opportunity, you’ll help shape how AI systems reason and learn by providing precise, evidence-based feedback across text, image, video, and audio outputs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable discussing and reasoning in natural conversation.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
• Open to applicants from specified countries.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
