Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to evaluate AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and write explanations highlighting what looked or sounded off, helping improve AI performance in real-world use.

Earn up to $18 USD/hr with no minimum hours, plus free access to leading LLMs and optional incentives based on mission performance, all while working from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in for accuracy.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs for distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio/video and explaining issues in writing.
