Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will rate live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Earn up to $18 USD/hr with flexible hours and free access to leading LLMs. Payments are made weekly via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM, and you can work from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then rank how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or mismatched audio/video.
• Write a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
