Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing to help advance AI systems in real-world use.

This freelance, 1099 role offers weekly payments and free access to leading LLMs. Open to applicants from the United States and other eligible countries, with earnings up to $15 USD/hr and potential incentive

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in conversational scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based English conversations with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distortion, flicker, or misalignment.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, with written explanations.
