Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home with flexible hours. Earn up to $18/hr, with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal and AirTM, plus access to leading LLMs and additional incentives to boost earnings.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and natural conversational speech.
• Great attention to detail; able to replay/zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write English explanations detailing what was seen or heard and why.
