Outlier is seeking detail-oriented evaluators to participate in remote, flexible, contract-based work reviewing AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs for naturalness and usefulness, and explain in writing what looked off. Work from home on your schedule, contributing to frontier AI research.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with strong attention to detail and excellent written communication. A bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.

• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsabilidades

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and useful each sounds.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English.
