Job summary

Outlier is offering a remote, flexible opportunity to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain issues in writing, all on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent English speakers with strong written communication and high attention to detail. A Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus, and applicants from multiple countries are welcome, including the United States.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to explain observations concisely.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn’t match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
