Job summary

Outlier is offering a fully remote, flexible-hours role reviewing AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-oriented, with strong written communication and the ability to justify decisions with concise explanations. A Bachelor's degree is nice to have, and applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review closely.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a concise English explanation.
