Job summary
A Line Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking an AI Prompt & Workflow Specialist to design, develop, test, implement, and optimize AI prompts, agents, and automated workflows that support business operations.
The role collaborates with Business Analysts, Product, Operations, and Development teams to translate business requirements into reliable AI-enabled solutions, focusing on prompt engineering and AI-driven process automation. Remote, contract position with a pay rate of $40–$50/hour on W-2.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience designing, building, testing, or optimizing generative AI prompts, agents, or AI-driven workflows.
- Experience translating business requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
- Understanding of prompt engineering concepts and iterative prompt optimization.
- Experience developing or supporting AI agents and automated workflows.
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and optimize generative AI prompts and agents.
- Develop multi-agent workflows that evaluate, summarize, or route outputs.
- Analyze existing processes to identify AI automation opportunities.
