Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, or Engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years of industry experience at Analyst level or equivalent.
• Strategic mindset aligning product decisions with organizational strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey strategic vision and outcomes.
• Familiarity with backlog management, prioritization, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI solutions by creating agents and prompts, ensuring integration with existing systems.
• Drive AI strategy and execution aligned with digital transformation goals.
• Collaborate with business and delivery teams to enhance product offerings and workflows using AI.
• Oversee QA, volume, and bias testing of agents to ensure reliability and ethical AI practice.
• Ensure AI development follows standard processes and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance to translate complex business needs into actionable AI use cases.
