Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an AI-focused professional to lead development and execution of AI-driven solutions across the business. You will craft sophisticated prompts, oversee agent design, and collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure scalable, compliant AI initiatives.

This role emphasizes QA, bias testing, and ethical AI practices. The position supports remote work within the United States, with compensation guided by interview findings, education, and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant analyst experience.
• Strategic mindset aligned with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiar with backlog management and prioritization techniques.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies in product/service development.
• Real estate experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the AI strategy and innovation roadmap aligned with the company’s digital transformation.
• Develop AI solutions by creating agents and prompts and integrate with existing systems.
• Ensure AI models and solutions are scalable, reliable, and compliant with regulations.
• Participate in QA testing, volume testing and bias testing of agents.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to enhance offerings and AI-driven insights.
• Other activities as assigned by management.
