Position Overview

We are seeking an AI Prompt & Workflow Specialist to design, develop, test, implement, and optimize generative AI prompts, agents, and automated workflows that support business operations.

This position works closely with Business Analysts, Product, Operations, and Development teams to translate business requirements into reliable, scalable AI-enabled solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with prompt engineering, AI agents, multi‑agent workflows, and AI‑driven process automation, along with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

This is a hands‑on position focused on applying generative AI to real‑world business processes, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring AI‑generated outputs meet quality and accuracy standards.

Key Responsibilities

AI Prompt Engineering & Agent Development

• Design, develop, test, and continuously optimize generative AI prompts and agents.
• Translate business requirements into structured prompts, instructions, inputs, outputs, and expected results.
• Build and maintain AI agents that support business operations and process automation.
• Develop multi‑agent workflows that evaluate, summarize, combine, or route outputs.
• Refine prompt structures and agent instructions to improve accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Maintain and enhance existing AI solutions as business requirements and technologies evolve.

AI Workflow Design & Automation

• Analyze existing business processes to identify AI automation opportunities.
• Design AI‑enabled workflows that improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Business Collaboration & Support

• Develop and maintain documentation for AI prompts, agents, workflows, and testing procedures.
• Establish best practices for prompt development and AI workflow management.
• Support governance standards for AI solution quality, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Ensure AI workflows are designed with appropriate attention to data confidentiality and security.
• Maintain accurate records of workflow changes, testing results, and performance improvements.
• Stay current with emerging generative AI tools, technologies, and development practices.
