BluCactus United States is seeking a Remote Prompt Engineer to accelerate AI-driven marketing across our client portfolio. You will design, test, and deploy advanced prompts, build GPT agents, and create no-code automations that scale operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and testing effective AI prompts.
• Ability to create clear structure: role assignment, context, format, examples.
• Deep understanding of prompt-based outputs for sales, marketing, HR, and outreach.
• Strong written English — concise, persuasive, and on-brand.
• Experience using Make or Zapier for end-to-end automations.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain AI workflows, SOPs, and custom GPTs.
• Ability to work independently and report clearly on project status and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and optimize advanced prompts for ChatGPT, Claude, and other LLMs.
• Build and document reusable prompt libraries and GPT agents for daily use.
• Create custom AI Agents that replace tasks like onboarding, reporting, appointment setting, HR screening, and more.
• Work closely with strategy, creative, and ads teams to integrate prompt workflows across departments.
• Research and summarize trends, competitors, and market insights using tools like Perplexity.ai.
• Create dynamic video and content using AI avatar tools such as HeyGen and Photo AI.
• Build no-code automations in Make.com and Zapier that streamline daily operations.
• Document internal AI processes and maintain up-to-date SOPs and AI system maps.
• Train internal team members on prompt usage, prompt chaining, and maintaining tone-of-voice consistency across AI outputs.
