SitusAMC is seeking an AI-focused professional to develop and execute AI-driven solutions within the business. You will craft sophisticated prompts and oversee the design of agents to enhance operational efficiency, customer engagement, and digital transformation.

Collaborating with technical and business teams, you will translate complex needs into actionable use cases, develop test plans, and lead QA, volume, and bias testing to ensure reliability and ethical AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, CS, or Engineering.
• 2-4 years of industry experience at analyst level or equivalent.
• Strategic thinking with ability to align decisions with goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI strategy and drive the AI innovation roadmap.
• Execute high-impact AI use cases across automation, analytics, and engagement.
• Build AI solutions by crafting prompts and agents; ensure integration with systems.
• Ensure models are scalable, reliable, and compliant with regulations.
• Participate in QA testing, volume testing and bias testing of agents.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to enhance offerings and enable AI-driven insights.
