Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an AI Solutions professional to develop and execute AI-driven solutions, crafting prompts and designing agents to enhance efficiency and customer engagement, while guiding scalable, compliant implementations.

The role works closely with technical and business teams to translate complex needs into AI use cases, develop test plans, and lead QA, volume, and bias testing to ensure ethical AI models and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of industry experience at Analyst level.
• Strategic mindset aligned with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with backlog management and prioritization.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Real estate experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the AI innovation roadmap aligned with the company’s digital transformation strategy.
• Execute high-impact AI use cases in automation and analytics, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Develop AI solutions by creating sophisticated agents and prompts.
• Ensure AI models are scalable, reliable, and compliant with industry standards.
• Collaborate with business and delivery teams and participate in QA testing and bias testing.
• Develop repeatable models that can be replicated across the business to gain efficiencies.
