Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a mid-level AI product/solutions analyst to design and govern AI use cases that boost automation, analytics, and customer engagement. You will craft prompts, guide agent design, collaborate with tech and business teams, and test for quality, bias, and compliance in an ethically driven program.

Remote, full-time role with competitive salary and benefits; 70k–80k base plus discretionary bonus potential. Prior real estate or fintech exposure is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of industry experience, Analyst level or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product/service development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey strategy and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define AI strategy and drive the execution of the AI roadmap.
• Develop AI solutions by creating agents and prompts and integrate with existing systems.
• Ensure AI models are scalable, reliable, and compliant with industry standards and ethics.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to enhance product offerings and workflows.
