Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a mid-level professional to lead AI-driven initiatives within the Real Estate industry. You will craft sophisticated prompts, guide agent design, and collaborate with tech and business teams to ensure scalable, compliant AI solutions that improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.

The role focuses on translating business needs into AI use cases, developing test plans, and guiding QA, with opportunities for impact across services and product offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, CS, or Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of industry experience, typically at Analyst level or external equivalent.
• Strategic mindset with ability to align product decisions with organizational goals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with backlog management and aligning with strategic goals.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Real estate experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI solutions by crafting agents and prompts and integrate with existing systems.
• Drive execution of the AI innovation roadmap within the broader digital strategy.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to enhance product offerings and workflows via AI insights.
• Participate in QA, volume and bias testing of agents and create test plans.
• Ensure AI models are scalable, reliable, and comply with industry standards.
