You will collaborate with both technical and business teams, ensure scalable and compliant AI solutions, and participate in quality assurance, testing, and governance to uphold ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of industry experience at Analyst level or equivalent.
• Strategic thinking aligned to organizational goals and agility.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse teams.
• Familiarity with backlog management and prioritization.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders; real estate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI strategy and execution aligned with digital transformation.
• Develop AI solutions by creating agents and prompts, integrating with systems.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance of AI models and processes.
• Lead QA, volume, and bias testing and develop test plans.
• Collaborate with business and delivery teams to enhance offerings.
• Translate business needs into actionable AI use cases and roadmaps.
