Job summary

• 7+ years of experience in project management or program delivery.
• Experience managing technology or digital transformation projects.
• Experience with cloud-based and data-driven initiatives.
• Experience with client-facing environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for AI, data, and cloud-based initiatives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, data, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executive stakeholders.
• Drive project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Oversee delivery of solutions involving cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), data pipelines and analytics, reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI), and CRM integrations (DealCloud).
• Ensure projects meet quality, performance, and business requirements.
• Support go-live planning, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Implement and enforce project governance, standards, and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team efficiency.
