Job summary

phData is a remote-first data and AI consultancy with teams across the United States, LATAM, and India. You will lead complex data and AI programs, serving as the primary client-facing Delivery Lead and orchestrating multi-geo teams to translate technical delivery into measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Executive-facing client leadership with experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Significant consulting experience leading complex technology programs and delivering outcomes.
• Deep delivery management across multi-workstreams (data platforms, analytics, cloud, AI/ML) using Agile.
• Commercial ownership of budgets, margins and risks on services engagements.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks (Snowflake, AWS/Azure/GCP, BI, ML platforms).
• Experience leading remote, multi-geo teams; Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% per month when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for the success of complex data and AI programs; primary contact for sponsors.
• Partner with delivery leads to drive measurable client outcomes.
• Translate client strategy into clear roadmaps and integrated delivery plans.
• Own engagement financials: budget, burn, margins, forecasting; manage risk.
• Build strong relationships with senior clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Navigate ambiguity with data-informed recommendations.
• Coordinate with ecosystem partners to align roadmaps and funding.
• Shape delivery culture and coach PMs/Leads/consultants.
• Contribute to refining phData processes and methodologies.
