Job summary

Inova Health System is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the systemwide AI portfolio, driving multi-year roadmaps and ROI. The role collaborates with IT, clinical, and operational teams to implement AI initiatives that improve safety, quality, and efficiency at a national healthcare level.

The position requires Epic certification and extensive PM experience in regulated settings, with a focus on governance, privacy, and compliant deployment across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or healthcare management.
• 7 years in product management, with 3 years leading AI/ML products.
• Epic certification (Resolute HB and/or Resolute PB, Prelude, Cadence).

Responsibilities

• Owns the systemwide AI product portfolio and investment cases; sets multi-year roadmap and success metrics tied to quality, access, safety, clinician experience, and affordability.
• Drives innovation to improve system performance, workflows, and patient outcomes.
• Ensures AI initiatives comply with IT architecture, regulatory standards, and institutional priorities.
• Leads cross-functional teams through the full AI product lifecycle using agile methodologies.
• Oversees vendor selection, solution design, data pipeline development, and implementation.
• Integrates AI tools into clinical and operational systems; acts as a liaison between IT, clinical, analytics, and operational stakeholders.
