Inova Health System is seeking an AI Product Manager to own the systemwide AI product portfolio and drive a multi-year roadmap focused on quality, safety, and clinician experience. This remote-eligible role collaborates with IT, clinical, analytics, and operations teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.

You will lead agile cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure HIPAA/compliance in model governance and data security while enabling user adoption through training and change

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in product management.
• 3+ years leading AI/ML products (GenAI/RAG) in regulated or safety-critical settings.
• Epic certification (Resolute HB/ PB, Prelude, Cadence)
