The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in product management with 3+ years in AI/ML products within regulated settings, plus Epic certification.

Responsabilités

• Owns systemwide AI product portfolio and investment cases; sets multi-year roadmap and success metrics tied to quality, access, safety, clinician experience, and affordability.
• Drives innovation to improve system performance, workflows, and patient outcomes.
• Leads cross-functional teams through full AI product lifecycle using agile methodologies.
• Oversees vendor selection, solution design, data pipelines, and implementation.
• Integrates AI tools into clinical and operational systems (e.g., Epic, ERP, CRM).
• Defines and monitors post-deployment surveillance; triggers retraining or rollback; publishes product KPIs and cost to serve.
