Inova Health System is seeking an AI Product Manager to own the systemwide AI portfolio and multi‑year roadmap, coordinating with IT, clinical, analytics and operations teams to deliver AI-driven improvements in patient care. This full-time role offers remote work eligibility for multiple states and collaboration across a leading healthcare system.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in product management with 3+ years in AI/ML products within regulated environments, plus Epic certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or 4 years relevant experience.
• 7 years in product management, with 3 years leading AI/ML products in regulated environments.
• Epic certifications (Resolute HB and/or Resolute PB, Prelude, Cadence) are required.

Responsabilités

• Owns the systemwide AI product portfolio and multi-year roadmap.
• Chair product councils and manage model release gates and decommissioning.
• Drive innovation to improve system performance, workflows and patient outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams through full AI product lifecycle using agile methodologies.
• Oversee vendor selection, solution design, data pipeline development, and implementation.
• Integrate AI tools into clinical and operational systems (e.g., Epic, ERP, CRM).
• Translates requirements into business cases and communicates value to executives.
• Ensure HIPAA, cybersecurity, and governance policies are followed.
