Qualifications

• 7 years in product management, with 3 years leading AI/ML products in a regulated or safety‑critical environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Epic certification (Resolute HB/Resolute PB, Prelude, Cadence) required

Responsibilities

• Owns the systemwide AI product portfolio and multi-year roadmap; defines success metrics.
• Drives innovation to improve system performance, workflows, and patient outcomes.
• Ensures AI initiatives comply with IT architecture, priorities and regulatory standards.
• Leads cross-functional teams through the AI product lifecycle using agile methods.
• Oversees vendor selection, data pipelines, and integration of AI tools into clinical/operational systems.
• Promotes user adoption through training and change management; ensures HIPAA and security compliance.
