Job summary

Inova Health System is seeking an AI Product Manager to own the systemwide AI product portfolio, drive multi-year roadmaps, and chair governance for AI initiatives. This remote, full-time role supports secure, compliant solutions across Epic, ERP, and CRM integrations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor selections, and ensure HIPAA and cybersecurity alignment while delivering measurable value and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• 7+ years in product management, with 3+ years leading AI/ML products in regulated environments.
• Epic certification (Resolute HB and/or Resolute PB, Prelude, Cadence)

Responsibilities

• Owns the systemwide AI product portfolio and investment cases; sets multi-year roadmap and success metrics tied to quality, access, safety, clinician experience, and affordability.
• Drives innovation to improve system performance, workflows, and patient outcomes.
• Ensures AI initiatives comply with IT architecture, priorities, and regulatory standards.
• Leads cross-functional teams through the full AI product lifecycle using agile methodologies.
• Oversees vendor selection, solution design, data pipeline development, and implementation.
• Integrates AI tools into clinical and operational systems (e.g., Epic, ERP, CRM).
• Acts as a liaison between IT, clinical, analytics, and operational stakeholders.
• Translates technical requirements into business cases and communicates value to executives.
• Promotes user adoption through training, documentation, and change management.
