Job summary

Inova Health System is seeking an AI Product Manager to own the systemwide AI product portfolio, drive a multi‑year roadmap, and deliver measurable improvements in quality and safety. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage vendors, and ensure governance and compliance across IT, clinical, and analytic stakeholders.

The role supports a remote-friendly structure with standard business hours; Epic integrations and secure data practices are emphasized to maximize patient outcomes and value.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years in product management with 3+ years leading AI/ML products in regulated or safety‑critical environments.
• Epic certification (Resolute HB and/or Resolute PB, Prelude, Cadence) required or comparable.

Responsibilities

• Owns the systemwide AI product portfolio and investment cases; sets multi-year roadmap and success metrics.
• Drives innovation to improve system performance, workflows, and patient outcomes.
• Leads cross-functional teams through the full AI product lifecycle using agile methodologies.
• Oversees vendor selection, solution design, data pipeline development, and implementation.
• Integrates AI tools into clinical and operational systems (e.g., Epic, ERP, CRM).
• Acts as liaison between IT, clinical, analytics, and operational stakeholders.
• Monitors privacy, security, and governance; ensures PHI‑safe architectures and incident playbooks.
