Job summary

This full-time role supports remote work for eligible states with a focus on HIPAA and security compliance.

The role requires strong healthcare product leadership, collaboration with IT, clinical, and analytics teams, and a track record of delivering compliant AI initiatives in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 7 years in product management with 3 years leading AI/ML products in regulated or safety‑critical environments.
• Epic certification (Resolute HB and/or Resolite PB, Prelude, Cadence) required.
• Experience with HIPAA, cybersecurity, and model governance policies a must.

Responsibilities

• Owns the systemwide AI product portfolio and investment cases; sets multi-year roadmap and success metrics tied to quality, access, safety, clinician experience, and affordability.
• Drives innovation to improve system performance, workflows, and patient outcomes.
• Leads cross-functional teams through the full AI product lifecycle using agile methodologies.
• Oversees vendor selection, solution design, data pipeline development, and implementation.
