Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10 years of product management experience.
• Experience building and managing roadmaps from MVP through mature product evolution.
• Proven track record launching enterprise/consumer technology products.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, data science, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Experience working with ML engineers, AI scientists, and data scientists to deliver AI-powered products.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, presentation, and executive influence skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered healthcare products.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and clinical leaders to deliver AI-enabled solutions.
• Balance regulatory, feasibility, and business objectives in product decisions.
• Develop business cases, investments, roadmap updates, and performance reviews.
