Qualifications

• Experience leading complex cross‑functional initiatives involving engineering, data science, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Experience working closely with machine learning engineers, AI scientists, and data scientists to deliver AI‑powered products.
• Experience with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), machine learning platforms, and AI product commercialization.
• Experience managing platform products, product portfolios, and multi‑product ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI‑powered healthcare products and platforms.
• Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI products, from discovery and MVP development to launch, scaling, and optimization.
• Translate clinical, operational, customer, and business requirements into prioritized product initiatives.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and AI/ML teams to design and deliver AI‑enabled solutions.
• Evaluate AI/ML models, data requirements, performance metrics, and deployment considerations to inform product decisions.
• Lead executive stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and product communications.
