Job summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the vision, development, and lifecycle management of AI healthcare products. You will translate complex clinical and operational needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions and drive strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional execution across engineering, data science, and clinical leadership.

You will balance regulatory considerations, feasibility, and business value while ensuring responsible AI practices and measurable impact for patients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across engineering, data science, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Experience with collaborating with ML engineers, AI scientists, and data scientists to deliver AI-powered products.
• Experience with generative AI, LLMs, ML platforms, and AI product commercialization.
