Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead vision, development, and lifecycle management of healthcare AI products. You will translate complex clinical and operational needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions and guide product strategy, roadmap development, and cross-functional execution.

You will collaborate with software engineering, data science, machine learning, clinical, operations, and business leaders to guide decisions from concept through launch and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 10 years of product management experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Experience developing and managing product roadmaps from MVP through mature product evolution.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling enterprise/consumer technology products.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with engineering, data science, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Experience with machine learning collaboration and AI-powered product delivery.
• Strong communication and executive influence skills.
• Analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered healthcare products and platforms.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging AI technologies to drive innovation.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to launch, scaling, and optimization.
• Translate requirements into prioritized product initiatives for cross-functional teams.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and AI teams to design and deliver AI-enabled solutions.
• Evaluate models, data needs, metrics, and deployment considerations to inform decisions.
• Balance performance, user experience, compliance, feasibility, and business objectives.
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of AI products, platforms, and shared capabilities.
• Engage executives with strategic planning and product communications.
