Job summary

Granicus, a GovTech leader, is seeking an AI Product Lead for the Evergreen program. You will own the product outcome end-to-end, define the roadmap, and deliver production front-end code within a remote, US-based team.

You will direct AI coding agents across interactive, supervised, and autonomous modes, enforce human review gates, and uphold accessibility standards (WCAG). Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React, strong design discipline, and experience shipping regulated software are

Qualifications

• End-to-end product ownership experience.
• Proficiency in modern frontend tech and React.
• Ability to define product strategy and execution in GovTech or regulated contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own the product outcome for the delivery team from problem to production.
• Direct agent arrays across Interactive, Supervised, and Autonomous modes.
• Implement production frontend code within the same repository as engineering.
• Enforce human review gates and accessibility requirements (WCAG) from design onward.
• Author prompts, evaluation criteria, and acceptance criteria for agent work.
• Set and maintain the team's delivery cadence and operating model.
