Job summary

Granicus is seeking a senior engineer to lead an AI-native, FedRAMP-enabled development lifecycle. You will direct the agent array on production workstreams, review agent-generated pull requests at volume and depth, and author evaluation suites to measure quality objectively.

You will own end-to-end quality across correctness, performance, and security. Ideal candidates have a track record shipping production software, strong fundamentals, and experience with autonomous agents.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering fundamentals, including data structures and systems design.
• Proven track record shipping production software with ownership.
• Hands-on experience directing coding agents on production work, with rigorous review.

Responsibilities

• Direct the agent array on production workstreams.
• Review agent-generated pull requests at volume and depth, identifying defects.
• Author evaluation suites to make quality measurable and objective.
