Job summary

CerebriOS is seeking an AI and Workflow Automation Specialist to turn repetitive business processes into secure automated workflows. You will design AI-assisted processes and create integrations across CRM, marketing, support, and internal systems.

You will build automations with Make, Zapier, or n8n, implement validation and monitoring, train users, and document workflows. This remote, US-based role offers $75,000–$105,000 USD per year.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience building production workflow automations.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and structured data such as JSON.
• Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform.

Responsibilities

• Map existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
• Build integrations using platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
• Connect CRM, marketing, support, and internal business systems.
• Create AI-assisted workflows using approved models and APIs.
• Implement validation, error handling, monitoring, and human review.
