Qualifications
- Experience in AI automation, workflow automation, systems integration, or a similar technical role.
- Hands-on experience with n8n or similar automation tools.
- Experience using AI/LLM tools such as Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Understanding of access controls, permissions, authentication, and security best practices.
- Experience with Google Workspace or Google APIs.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n and AI tools.
- Use Claude, OpenAI, or similar AI platforms to automate business processes.
- Connect different systems using APIs and webhooks.
- Work with Google Workspace, Google APIs, and service accounts.
- Manage access, permissions, and security controls for automated tasks.
- Add safeguards to reduce security and data risks.
- Connect existing data sources and build internal and client-facing dashboards.
- Troubleshoot and improve existing automations and integrations.
- Document workflows and technical processes.
- Work with different teams to identify opportunities for automation.
