Job summary

Blue Line Search Group is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to keep our searches moving — fully remote, US-based. You will coordinate interviews, screenings, and candidate questions while ensuring the ATS is up to date and clean.

This role offers a real path into recruiting, with opportunities to move from coordinator to Sourcer and Recruiter openings as you grow within a fast, software-driven, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in coordination, administration, customer service, or scheduling-heavy work.
• Detail-obsessed — small misses in this job become big candidate-experience problems.
• Warm, professional written communication.
• Comfortable in a fast, remote, software-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and screenings between candidates, recruiters, and clients (our platform automates the scheduling — you handle the exceptions and the human touches).
• Keep the ATS clean: statuses, documents, and communication logs current.
• Be the friendly first line for candidate questions during the process.
• Support recruiters with posting management, reference checks, and offer logistics.
