Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the design, evaluation, configuration, and implementation of AI-powered workforce solutions and manager experiences. The role spans business analysis, solution architecture, AI enablement, process design, and product operations.

The position requires 5+ years of BSA experience with enterprise platforms, strong Agile skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements, collaborating across HR and IT

Qualifications

5+ years of Business Systems Analysis across enterprise platforms.
Experience gathering requirements with Agile methodologies.
Proven ability to write user stories, process flows, and specs.
Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar.
Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Gather and document requirements from HR, People Technology, and stakeholders.
Lead workshops to define outcomes and requirements.
Translate initiatives into user stories, epics, and workflows.
Evaluate AI use cases across performance management, employee reviews, goal management, talent acquisition, workforce analytics, employee experience, and manager effectiveness.
Define governance docs, SOPs, and AI prompt libraries.
Collaborate with platform admins to implement configuration-driven solutions.
