Job summary
Eliassen Group is seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for remote, contract work to support AI-powered workforce solutions and manager experiences. The role spans business analysis, solution architecture, AI enablement, and process design, collaborating with HR and technology teams to document requirements and define platform-based delivery before engaging engineering resources.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business systems analysis, strong Agile experience, and hands-on work
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience with enterprise platforms.
- Experience gathering requirements using Agile methods.
- Ability to create user stories, process flows, workflows, and functional specs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Workday/ServiceNow or equivalent platforms; HR tech exposure is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from HR, People Technology, and stakeholders.
- Lead workshops to define outcomes and requirements.
- Translate initiatives into user stories and workflows.
- Evaluate AI use cases across HR functions and analytics.
- Identify opportunities to minimize custom development by leveraging platforms.
