Eliassen Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for a remote contract role focused on AI-powered workforce solutions and manager experiences. You will analyze requirements, define solution approaches, and map workflows across HR domains to maximize platform capabilities.

Qualifications

5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience across enterprise platforms.
Experience gathering requirements using Agile methodologies.
Experience creating user stories, process flows, and functional specs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.
Experience with HR tech like Workday or ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements from HR, People Technology, and stakeholders.
Lead workshops to define outcomes and requirements.
Translate requirements into user stories, epics, workflows.
Assess feasibility and maximize platform capabilities without custom coding.
Evaluate AI use cases across HR domains.
Develop governance docs, SOPs, and AI prompt libraries.
Collaborate with platform admins to implement configuration-driven solutions.
Identify opportunities to reduce custom development.
