Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience in enterprise platforms.
• Experience gathering requirements using Agile methodologies and creating user stories.
• Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements from HR, People Technology, and stakeholders.
• Translate initiatives into user stories, epics, workflows, and system specs.
• Evaluate AI use cases across performance management, talent, and employee experience.
• Partner with platform admins to implement configuration-driven solutions.
