Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operational excellence, program coordination, or transformation support within a complex technical or matrixed organization.
• 2+ years of experience working with data and analytics tools, including the development of dashboards, performance reporting, and identifying trends.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and leadership-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own operational excellence for the AI Strategy & Transformation team, including standard work, calendars, and templates.
• Support portfolio execution, governance, tracking, and leadership-ready reporting.
• Support AI adoption and enablement operations with metrics, training coordination, and communications.
• Conduct landscape analysis, synthesize performance data, and support business case development for new AI initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder engagement and ensure clear agendas and outcomes.
