Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, or regulatory field.
• Experience in technology governance, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
• Ability to develop and maintain governance frameworks in fast-moving environments.
• Understanding of AI, ML, and generative AI risks in industrial contexts.
• Experience partnering with Legal, Security, Privacy, and Compliance functions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Wind Engineering AI governance framework.
• Establish and enforce Responsible AI policies and data practices.
• Oversee risk management, validation, and auditability across AI assets.
• Govern cybersecurity, IP protection, and data privacy for AI.
• Provide governance approvals and oversight for AI deployments.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, Privacy, and Compliance teams.
