Qualifications
- Experience leading products, defining roadmaps and tracking success.
- Strong technical fluency with cloud-native software platforms and collaboration with engineers.
- Masters degree with 6+ years in Product/AI/Info/Tech Systems.
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in Product/AI/Info/Tech Systems.
- Diploma with 12+ years in Product/AI/Info/Tech Systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead Product Ownership for Enterprise Agentic Platform, ensuring customer needs and strategic alignment.
- Deliver world-class developer experience with reusable SDKs, APIs, templates, and tools.
- Scale AI initiatives from discovery through enterprise adoption, optimizing reliability and cost.
- Own platform health metrics: usage, adoption, latency, model quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Establish governance and evaluation standards for Responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance.
