Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking an AI Platform Administrator to govern Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot deployments across enterprise environments from a telecommuter base in Florida. Responsible for platform governance, access controls, and risk reviews while ensuring security and data integrity.

You’ll troubleshoot platform issues, manage escalation processes, maintain runbooks, and contribute to adoption analytics and reporting to inform leadership. Remote role with Florida-based flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the allowlist of connectors, apps, plugins, and extensions across all platforms with security review before enablement.
• Administer Claude connectors and the organizational Skills catalog, including version control and retirement of superseded Skills.
• Administer ChatGPT Enterprise workspace settings, including plugin and app availability, policy, and workspace agents settings.
• Administer Microsoft 365 Copilot controls in the admin center, including agent enablement and environment policy.
• Maintain a reviewed inventory of agents, custom GPTs, and Skills in each tenant on a scheduled cadence.
• Configure sharing and visibility defaults for Claude projects and ChatGPT workspace sharing policies.
• Execute phased feature rollout for core capabilities, intelligence features, integrations, and automation in a controlled manner.
• Coordinate with End User Computing on deployment of desktop, browser, and Office add‑in clients, including MDM packaging.
• Triage and escalate incidents related to Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot; manage queue prioritization and SLA adherence.
• Maintain the Level 1/2/vendor escalation model and contribute to post‑incident reviews.
• Support audit, compliance, and data retention efforts across platforms with validated procedures.
