Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking an AI Platform Administrator to govern Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot environments, ensuring security, governance, and compliant operations across platforms. This remote role is open to any U.S. state.

You will manage workspace settings, connectors, and agent governance, while coordinating with IAM, Legal, and Privacy to uphold enterprise policy. A strong SaaS administration background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• Five+ years administering enterprise SaaS platforms in regulated or large-enterprise environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 admin center, licensing, and add-in governance.
• Familiarity with SSO and SCIM provisioning; basic scripting (PowerShell or Python).
• Strong technical writing and incident-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Govern feature, connector, app, and agent governance across platforms with security review.
• Triage Level 2 incidents and escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
• Administer Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, and Copilot workspace settings and permissions.
• Coordinate with IAM, Legal, Privacy, and IT to ensure compliant configurations.
• Maintain governance posture with change control and documentation.
• Produce and maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, and per-platform playbooks.
• Support vendor escalation and cross-team communications.
